Artwork frequency is not equal-card probability
Mega Greninja ex 116 is one of six SIR identities. The 1.21% SIR sample rate belongs to that whole class, not Greninja alone. The gold 122 is the only MHR identity, but its sampled frequency still does not reveal how many copies were printed.
